Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
• Motivate sales teams, create business strategies, and train new staff
• Manage opening and closing procedures and handle day-start/day-end cash accurately
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure punctual restocking of merchandise
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation
• Foster an enthusiastic, fun, and memorable environment for customers
• Assist with POS transactions and customer inquiries
• Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail management experience
• 2-5 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
