Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and coordinate the store team to ensure objectives are met
• Comply with and manage company procedures and policies regarding sales, customer service, merchandise, personnel, training, product placement, and cash management
• Ensure compliance with key store management indicators including sales, turnover, margins, customer satisfaction, and budgets

Requirements

• Higher vocational training degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in store and team management
• Passion for fashion or sports footwear
• Problem-solving skills and analytical capacity
