About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach team members in the moment to celebrate successes and address performance issues
- Handle difficult conversations with clarity and respect
- Build and challenge team members to foster professional growth
- Manage the in-store experience to ensure interactions are genuine and helpful
- Oversee showroom presentation, inventory, merchandising, and store flow
- Partner with Operations and Merchandising departments
- Maintain high standards of accountability and support within the team
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail management experience
- Proven supervisory experience
- Experience leading teams and driving performance
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Clear, direct, and honest communication skills
- Ability to work a minimum 45-hour workweek
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic technology and communication tools
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to real-time changes
