Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach team members in the moment to celebrate successes and address performance issues
• Handle difficult conversations with clarity and respect
• Build and challenge team members to foster professional growth
• Manage the in-store experience to ensure interactions are genuine and helpful
• Oversee showroom presentation, inventory, merchandising, and store flow
• Partner with Operations and Merchandising departments
• Maintain high standards of accountability and support within the team

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail management experience
• Proven supervisory experience
• Experience leading teams and driving performance
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Clear, direct, and honest communication skills
• Ability to work a minimum 45-hour workweek

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with basic technology and communication tools
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to real-time changes
