Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales goals and brand standards
• Manage all aspects of the store scorecard, including people, operations, finance, and customer service
• Act as a role model on the shop floor, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee store inventory levels and implement loss prevention programs to protect assets
• Manage operating expenses and deliver P&L and retail KPIs in line with budget and forecast
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to support the career development of the team
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail leadership position
• Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of retail performance indicators
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
• A passion for sports and fashion with a professional, people-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the footwear industry
• Familiarity with Salomon products
