Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals and manage inventory.
• Maintain assigned budgets and control expenses to drive profitability.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Ensure the store maintains high visual standards and looks its best at all times.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• A genuine passion for hair and beauty trends.
