Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and presentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• A strong passion for hair and beauty trends.
