Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and custom-fit beauty solutions
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget maintenance, expense control, and inventory management
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies
• Maintain high store standards to ensure the location always looks its best

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• A passion for hair and beauty products

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license
