Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all operations.
• Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security procedures.
• Maintain high store visual standards to ensure the location always looks its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• A strong passion for hair and beauty trends.
