Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to ensure an unforgettable customer experience
• Oversee all store operations including sales goals, budget maintenance, and expense control
• Manage inventory and ensure the store maintains high visual standards
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license
• Passion for hair and beauty trends
