Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver exceptional, custom-fit hair and beauty solutions to every customer
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget maintenance and expense control
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies
• Act as a coach and role model to drive the development of team associates

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• A passion for the hair and beauty industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license
