Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support associates in achieving daily goals to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maximize sales and build customer loyalty within the assigned store
• Recruit, train, and develop a knowledgeable team of Beauty Advisors
• Analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands and drive results
• Resolve customer issues and concerns as the main point of contact
• Ensure execution of company processes, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both associates and customers
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive cultural environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
• 1+ year of prior management experience
• Ability to lead and support a team to meet business objectives
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management
• Availability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required
