Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction for associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maximize sales and customer loyalty within the assigned store
• Recruit, train, and develop a knowledgeable team of Beauty Advisors
• Analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands and drive results
• Act as the main point of contact to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Ensure execution of all company processes, inventory, and cash control procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both associates and customers
• Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience
• Proven ability to lead and support a team to meet business objectives
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management
• Availability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required
