Responsibilities

- Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security procedures.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending.
- A passion for hair and beauty products.
Preferred Qualifications
- A valid Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
