Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals through effective operations
• Oversee store budget, control expenses, and manage inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security procedures
• Maintain store visual standards to ensure the location always looks its best

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required
• A strong passion for hair and beauty trends
