About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team through active coaching and presence on the sales floor
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor key metrics and implement action plans to optimize store results
- Manage recruitment, talent development, and succession planning
- Oversee store operations including inventory, compliance, and scheduling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and profitability
- Integrate omnichannel solutions to maximize sales and service
Requirements
- 3+ years of team management experience, ideally in fashion retail
- Strong communication and team mobilization skills
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- High school diploma
