Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team through recruitment, onboarding, and consistent coaching
• Drive sales and customer loyalty by modeling exceptional service and effective clienteling on the sales floor
• Manage store operations including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive retail leadership experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
