Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing store team
• Lead the Division of Responsibility (DOR) and Manager on Duty (MOD) programs
• Model exceptional service and selling from the sales floor to drive brand loyalty
• Drive sales and KPIs through goal setting and daily coaching
• Plan and execute in-store events and community activations
• Manage payroll, staffing, scheduling, and store expenses
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, processing, and stock accuracy
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive retail leadership experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Expertise in coaching, talent development, and team building
• Operational experience in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work 40+ hours/week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to follow dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during shifts
