About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing store team
- Lead the Division of Responsibility (DOR) and Manager on Duty (MOD) programs
- Model exceptional service and selling from the sales floor to drive brand loyalty
- Drive sales and KPIs through goal setting and daily coaching
- Plan and execute in-store events and community activations
- Manage payroll, staffing, scheduling, and store expenses
- Oversee inventory processes including receiving, processing, and stock accuracy
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Expertise in coaching, talent development, and team building
- Operational experience in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work 40+ hours/week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
