About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing store team
- Coach team members through regular feedback, floor observations, and 1:1 check-ins
- Lead the Division of Responsibility (DOR) and Manager on Duty (MOD) programs
- Model exceptional service and selling on the sales floor to drive brand loyalty
- Drive sales and KPIs by setting clear goals and holding the team accountable
- Plan and execute in-store events and community activations
- Manage operational tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Execute business strategies to meet sales growth and profit goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong skills in coaching, talent development, and team building
- Operational expertise in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
