Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing store team
• Coach team members through regular feedback, floor observations, and 1:1 check-ins
• Lead the Division of Responsibility (DOR) and Manager on Duty (MOD) programs
• Model exceptional service and selling on the sales floor to drive brand loyalty
• Drive sales and KPIs by setting clear goals and holding the team accountable
• Plan and execute in-store events and community activations
• Manage operational tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Execute business strategies to meet sales growth and profit goals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive retail leadership experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong skills in coaching, talent development, and team building
• Operational expertise in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
