Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to increase sales and achieve KPI objectives
• Develop monthly plans and programs based on productivity goals
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and daily operational efficiency
• Train and develop the team to help colleagues reach their full potential
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and development of a talented team
• Foster employee well-being through regular individual meetings and authentic relationship building

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
• Demonstrated team management skills including communication, motivation, and coaching
• Strong understanding of excellent customer service and mentorship
• Experience in knowledge sharing to support the development of others
• Independent, well-organized, and strong decision-making skills
