Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to increase sales and achieve KPI objectives
• Develop monthly plans and programs based on productivity goals
• Ensure the highest level of customer service, efficient teamwork, and daily operational efficiency
• Train and develop the team, helping colleagues reach their full potential through knowledge sharing and inspiration
• Take responsibility for recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented team
• Manage employee well-being and engagement through regular individual meetings and authentic relationship building

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
• Demonstrated team management skills including communication, motivation, coaching, and relationship building
• Strong understanding of excellent customer service and a desire to mentor others
• Experience in knowledge sharing to support the development of others
• Independent and well-organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
