  • Develop monthly plans and schedules based on productivity goals
  • Ensure highest quality customer service, effective teamwork, and operational efficiency daily
  • Train and develop the team, helping colleagues reach their full potential
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, and development of a talented team
  • Foster employee well-being and engagement through regular 1-on-1 meetings and team integration activities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
  • Proven people management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, inspiring)
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service and mentoring others
  • Experience in knowledge sharing for the development of others
  • Independent, well-organized, and capable of effective decision-making and problem-solving
