Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support sales and KPI growth in collaboration with the Area Manager
• Develop monthly plans based on efficiency goals
• Ensure excellent operations including cash handling, time tracking, and stock processes
• Monitor budget and financial performance
• Maintain store cleanliness, order, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support team well-being through regular 1-on-1s, coaching, and professional development

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a retail Store Manager position
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Experience in knowledge sharing and developing others
• Decisive problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
