Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and lead the team to reach their full potential
• Implement local business strategies in collaboration with the Area Manager
• Reach performance targets and drive KPIs through daily objectives and actions
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage store administration, inventory, and day-to-day operations
• Develop monthly plans based on productivity targets
• Drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s

Requirements

• Prior Store Manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality
• Strong people management skills including coaching and motivation
• Experience in knowledge sharing to drive behavioral change
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Performance-oriented mindset with high energy
