- Manage recruitment, hiring, and development of a talented team
- Foster employee engagement through regular 1-on-1 meetings and team integration activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
- Proven people management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, inspiring)
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and mentoring
- Experience in knowledge sharing for the development of others
- Independent, well-organized, and capable of effective decision-making and problem-solving
