About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model for the team
- Collaborate with the area manager to define and improve sales goals and KPIs
- Develop monthly plans including optimal staffing based on productivity targets
- Manage store administration including cash control, absenteeism, time registration, inventory, and health & safety
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and productivity, and update financial results
- Coach the team and stimulate engagement through regular 1-on-1 meetings and team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience with end-to-end responsibility
- Proven experience managing teams, preferably in retail or commercial hospitality
- Strong people management skills (communication, connecting, motivating, coaching)
- Experience in knowledge sharing to stimulate behavioral change and growth
- Talent for decision-making and problem-solving
