About the role
Responsibilities
- Foster employee well-being and active participation through individual meetings
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to define daily objectives and sales actions
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs
- Plan monthly schedules based on productivity goals
- Manage boutique P&L and ensure impeccable store management
- Oversee inventory and daily operations, including ordering and cleaning
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a team leader in the retail sector
- Proven experience in personnel management
- Strong drive to achieve results and KPIs
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
