Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
• Manage daily store operations to ensure financial and operational standards are met or exceeded
• Drive sales and profit while maintaining superior service standards
• Motivate and support the team to reach their full potential
• Act as a brand ambassador by building strong community and customer connections
• Serve as a safety leader, fostering a culture that prioritizes a safe work environment for all

Requirements

• Proven supervisory, leadership, or management experience
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive business results
• Strong customer relationship building skills and a solution-focused mindset
• Proficiency with computers and sound digital literacy
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dual format operations (retail and wholesale/trade)
• Experience in multi-network operations, sales, or workshop environments
