Responsibilities

- Oversee store operations including inventory, compliance, and scheduling

- Integrate omnichannel solutions to maximize sales and service
Requirements
- 3+ years of team management experience, ideally in fashion retail
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
