Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team through coaching and active floor presence
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and prioritize satisfaction
• Monitor key metrics and implement action plans to optimize store results
• Manage recruitment, talent development, and succession planning
• Oversee store operations including inventory, compliance, and scheduling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and profitability
• Integrate omnichannel solutions to maximize sales and service

Requirements

• 3+ years of team management experience, ideally in fashion retail
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
