Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business results
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
• Drive an elevated client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Lead the sales floor and build loyal client relationships
• Manage scheduling to balance sales and service while achieving payroll goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention standards
• Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards
• Manage day-to-day performance, hiring, training, and development of the retail team
• Provide performance feedback and manage disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience in a sales or operationally intensive business environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of retail labor laws
• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week with full 7-day availability
