Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to drive business results
• Manage store operations, budgets, and expenses to meet revenue targets
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Reformation's sustainability mission with customers
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build loyalty
• Coach the team in real-time to improve customer interactions and service quality
• Manage staff scheduling to balance sales, service, and payroll goals
• Oversee inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and facility maintenance
• Execute visual merchandising strategies based on product and sales reports
• Manage recruitment, training, and career development for the store team
• Conduct performance reviews and implement development or disciplinary plans

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience in operationally intensive retail environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
