Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business results
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
• Drive elevated client experiences and act as a brand ambassador for sustainability
• Lead the sales floor and provide real-time coaching to the team
• Manage effective scheduling to balance sales and service while meeting payroll goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy, controls, and loss prevention standards
• Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards
• Manage day-to-day performance, hiring, training, and career development of the retail team
• Execute disciplinary actions and performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience in a sales or operationally intensive business environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to set clear objectives and inspire a team
• Understanding of retail labor laws
• GSuite experience is a plus
• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
