Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve business results
• Manage store operational execution, budgets, and expenses to achieve revenue targets
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying values and educating customers on sustainability
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build loyalty
• Coach the team in real-time to improve customer interactions and technology usage
• Manage staff scheduling to balance sales, service, and payroll goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy, loss prevention standards, and facility organization
• Oversee visual merchandising and provide feedback on product performance to corporate partners
• Lead recruitment, training, and career development for the store team
• Manage performance reviews, development plans, and disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English
• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience in a high-intensity operational or retail environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to prioritize tasks
