Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business results
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
• Drive elevated client experiences and act as a brand ambassador for sustainability
• Lead the sales floor and coach the team to build loyal client relationships
• Manage effective scheduling to balance sales and service while meeting payroll goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and facility presentation
• Lead merchandising presentation and provide product performance feedback to corporate
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance, including hiring, training, and career development
• Execute performance reviews, development plans, and disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience in sales or operationally intensive business environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to set clear objectives and inspire a team
• Understanding of retail labor laws
• GSuite experience is a plus
