Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business results
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
• Drive elevated client experiences and act as a brand ambassador for sustainability
• Lead the sales floor and build loyal client relationships
• Manage staff scheduling to balance sales and service needs
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention controls
• Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards
• Manage day-to-day performance, hiring, training, and development of the retail team
• Execute performance reviews and disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years retail experience
• Minimum of 4 years retail management experience
• Experience in sales or operationally intensive business environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of retail labor laws
• GSuite experience is a plus
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
