About the role
Responsibilities
- Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business results
- Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
- Drive elevated client experiences and act as a brand ambassador for sustainability
- Lead the sales floor and provide real-time coaching to the team
- Manage effective scheduling to balance sales and service needs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and implement loss prevention controls
- Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards
- Manage day-to-day performance, hiring, training, and career development of the retail team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience
- Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
- Experience in sales or operationally intensive business environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of retail labor laws
- Proficiency with GSuite is a plus
- Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
