Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Lead and assist the store in achieving maximum results
  • Maintain the brick-and-mortar retail experience through customer-facing and daily operational tasks
  • Drive innovation to optimize retail sales programs and test new opportunities
  • Build rapport and maintain personal relationships with clients using CRM platforms
  • Maneuver through multiple software platforms to manage clienteling

Requirements

  • Luxury fashion sales experience and knowledge of the luxury resale market
  • Experience with CRM and clienteling tools
  • Proven track record of high productivity and meeting sales goals
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legal right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a language other than English
