Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Area Manager to achieve business goals, including sales, wage budgets, SPH, UPT, and conversion rates.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing functions, payroll, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure visual merchandising directives and "door to floor" best practices are executed to maintain premium brand standards.
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to drive performance and profitability.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the store team through continuous coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring high service standards and consistent brand representation.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch speaker.
• Extensive experience in brand retail customer service.
• Proven experience in retail operations, budgeting, and planning.
• Strong people management skills with experience in recruitment and staff development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to a changing retail environment.
