Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and promote a high-performance sales culture to meet or exceed profitability and KPI targets.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful team environment, focusing on the professional development of all staff members.
• Ensure a premium customer experience by providing technical product education and supporting omnichannel programs.
• Oversee store P&L, including budget management, labor hours, and annual sales plan execution.
• Handle emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent operational requests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to drive a customer-centric sales culture.
