Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and promote a high-performance sales culture to meet or exceed profitability and KPI targets.

- Ensure a premium customer experience by providing technical product education and supporting omnichannel programs.
- Oversee store P&L, including budget management, labor hours, and annual sales plan execution.
- Handle emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent operational requests.
