About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment through coaching and professional development
- Ensure an optimal customer experience by leading by example and providing technical product education
- Manage the store’s overall profit and loss (P&L), including budget management and labor hours
- Oversee store operations and omnichannel programs such as buy online, pick up in-store and shipping options
- Address emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of retail store management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
