About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment through coaching and professional development
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience by leading by example and providing technical product education
  • Manage the store’s overall profit and loss (P&L), including budget management and labor hours
  • Oversee store operations and omnichannel programs such as buy online, pick up in-store and shipping options
  • Address emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail store management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
