Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals.
- Lead and foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
- Drive guest experience through clienteling, product education, and omnichannel program support.
- Manage store operations, including P&L, expense control, and quarterly/annual planning.
- Ensure visual presentation and maintenance meet brand standards.
- Develop team members through coaching and professional development.
Requirements
- 5 years of retail store management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on fostering a customer-centric culture.
