Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals.
  • Lead and foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
  • Drive guest experience through clienteling, product education, and omnichannel program support.
  • Manage store operations, including P&L, expense control, and quarterly/annual planning.
  • Ensure visual presentation and maintenance meet brand standards.

Requirements
