Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed store KPIs
• Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies in cooperation with merchandising and operations teams
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and represent the Company within the local market to increase customer footfall
• Manage the store-operating budget and control expenses
• Guarantee an extraordinary client experience by fostering a client-centric mindset and maintaining solid relationships
• Lead, coach, and manage the store team to ensure professional growth and succession planning
• Oversee store operations including cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are met to maximize sales and attract clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership and team management
• Strong business-driven mindset with a focus on driving results
• Exceptional customer service mindset and ability to welcome clients naturally
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent
• Experience in luxury retail management
