About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed store KPIs
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies in cooperation with merchandising and operations teams
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and represent the Company within the local market to increase customer footfall
- Manage the store-operating budget and control expenses
- Guarantee an extraordinary client experience by fostering a client-centric mindset and maintaining solid relationships
- Lead, coach, and manage the store team to ensure professional growth and succession planning
- Oversee store operations including cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are met to maximize sales and attract clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Strong business-driven mindset with a focus on driving results
- Exceptional customer service mindset and ability to welcome clients naturally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design
Preferred Qualifications
- Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent
- Experience in luxury retail management
