Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales and teams for Polène's first boutique in Austria
• Drive store profitability by monitoring sales and defining action plans to boost performance
• Analyze store performance by category and individual team member performance
• Elaborate sales strategies to develop local and international customer loyalty
• Represent the excellence of Polène and its products to a high-end, international clientele
• Recruit, integrate, and train a team of 10-15 people, including keyholders and sales associates
• Create a collaborative, positive, and harmonious work environment that reflects the brand DNA
• Collaborate with headquarters on operational and strategic subjects to maintain excellence
• Oversee in-store customer care processes, including repairs, warranties, and returns

Requirements

• 6+ years of significant experience in team management
• Proven experience managing a premium or luxury boutique
• Strong leadership and motivation skills with the ability to inspire a team
• Expertise in business development and performance management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• A passion for leather goods and artisanal craftsmanship
