Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales revenue and implement action plans to boost performance and collaboration
• Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience for a high-end, international clientele
• Identify and act on market opportunities to attract new customers and champion CRM best practices
• Collaborate with headquarters to drive operational excellence and assist with stock management
• Optimize customer service processes including repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges
• Foster a collaborative, positive working environment and manage staff scheduling
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to inspire and engage the boutique team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Store Manager experience within a luxury brand
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others
• Demonstrated expertise in business development and performance management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
