Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead all aspects of store opening preparation, execution, and post-opening stabilization
• Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience and champion clienteling initiatives
• Analyze KPIs and business performance to proactively drive results
• Oversee inventory management and ensure seamless execution of operational processes
• Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team that embodies the Polène DNA
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and luxury service expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Store Manager experience within a luxury retail environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent
• Strong business development, performance management, and operational excellence skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in new store openings
• Additional language skills
