Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales and teams to ensure store profitability and commercial performance
• Represent the excellence of Polène and its products within the Mall of the Emirates boutique
• Analyze store performance by category and monitor individual team member performance
• Elaborate sales strategies to develop local and international customer loyalty
• Lead and develop a team of 15-20 people, including keyholders, sales associates, and stockists
• Recruit, integrate, and train new talent to maintain operational excellence
• Create a collaborative, positive, and harmonious work environment that reflects the brand DNA
• Collaborate with headquarters on operational and strategic subjects
• Oversee in-store customer care processes, including repairs, warranties, and returns

Requirements

• At least 6 years of significant experience managing a premium or luxury boutique
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
• Proven expertise in business development and performance management
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Passion for leather goods and artisanal craftsmanship
