About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial strategy and profitability for the Omotesando flagship store
  • Analyze daily KPIs and product category results to implement agile action plans
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance retail team to maintain high service standards
  • Oversee clienteling approaches and build networks to foster long-term customer loyalty
  • Manage visual merchandising and store atmosphere to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Oversee stock management and inventories in collaboration with the stock team
  • Manage store operations including scheduling, compliance, and maintenance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail leadership and team management
  • Strong ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable sales strategies
  • Expertise in clienteling and delivering premium customer experiences
  • Proficiency in stock management and operational processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a liaison between the store and HQ
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence in fast-paced environments
