About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets through hands-on leadership
- Drive sales discipline and pipeline health by leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage leads and convert prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for retail spaces using consultative sales techniques
- Demonstrate best-in-class customer interactions and close sales on the floor
- Use financial insights to drive profitability and strategic decision-making
- Build local awareness through grassroots marketing, pop-up activations, and local partnerships
- Recruit, train, and develop a results-driven team
- Manage store operations, payroll, scheduling, and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50 lbs or more
