About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets through hands-on leadership
  • Drive sales discipline and pipeline health by leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage leads and convert prospects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for retail spaces using consultative sales techniques
  • Demonstrate best-in-class customer interactions and close sales on the floor
  • Use financial insights to drive profitability and strategic decision-making
  • Build local awareness through grassroots marketing, pop-up activations, and local partnerships
  • Recruit, train, and develop a results-driven team
  • Manage store operations, payroll, scheduling, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50 lbs or more
