Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Apache Mall store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Exceed individual and store sales goals, commercial targets, and KPIs
• Foster accountability and provide real-time feedback to empower the sales team
• Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent through effective succession planning
• Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure efficient operational processes
• Build lasting connections with customers to foster brand loyalty and create "Pandora Fans"

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work
