Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a store culture filled with passion for the brand
• Establish a high-performance selling environment to exceed shopper expectations
• Drive commercial targets and KPI expectations
• Build, coach, and inspire a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team
• Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance issues
• Implement visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong results-oriented leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years or older with eligibility to work
